Inferno Downhill

Maine’s only Nordic down hill race! Start at the base of the King Pine quad chair lift and hold on for the twisting, turning roller coaster Ride down Stubbs glade, onto trail 21, to 7 blue, and onto 1 west, finishing In the stadium. It’s sure to be the most memorable 15 minutes of skiing ever!Start time 10:30 am, $20 entry includes a T-shirt.

TD Bank Sugarloaf Marathon

Come race in the final marathon of the NENSA marathon series. 25 km and 50 km options allow skiers of all ages and abilities to race on the beautiful trails of the Sugarloaf Outdoor Center and enjoy the excellent late season snow found in western Maine. $100 cash prize to top male and female as well as prizes in every age group. Paintball Biathlon

March 31st, 2012

Highly competitive x-country skiers will compete, racing 3 laps on the new 2.5k homologated race course and shoot each time through the stadium. Kids 12 and under will ski 3 laps on an easier 1k loop also shooting each time through the stadium. The event kicks off at 10am. $20 entry fee, prizes for first men & women in each age category as well as a raffle.
